I have always had a heart for helping people. I love working with clients in a collaborative effort to establish and achieve their goals. Life brings about constant challenges and having support is essential. I have experience working with a diverse range of clients from all ages. The support I offer extends beyond a one hour-long session a week. My desire is to help clients build the tools to effectively navigate the unique challenges that can arise. Counseling should be a collabortive effort between the client and counselor. Fostering this therapeutic relationship is a top priority for me.
