If you are looking for an affirming and creative space to express your needs, then look no further! I have worked with a variety of people from across the spectrum of mental health and plenty of "everyday" struggles, notably working with depression, anxiety, and LGBTQIA+ difficulties. I know how tough it is to seek help, so I appreciate you taking the time to include me in your journey! I have a D&D Group therapy for high schoolers currently and am starting one for middle schoolers and adults in March! High school is Wednesdays 4-5pm, Middle School is 4-5pm on Thursdays and adults 6-7pm on Thursdays.
