I provide individual therapy to adults and have significant experience working with graduate and undergraduate college students, having trained and worked at Northwestern University, University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and the University of Michigan. I specialize in working with anxiety, identity development concerns, shame, depression, ADHD and executive function concerns, stage of life transitions, project management, and dissertation completion. I also have experience working with substance use concerns; men's issues such as intimacy and emotional expression; family concerns/conflict; and interpersonal trauma.
