I enjoy working with individuals from all backgrounds. I always learn more about others as well as myself from each client I meet which I value as an amazing opportunity. I've never met a client who didn't cause change and personal growth in myself after meeting them. I have experience working with LGBT+ persons, college-aged students, substance abuse/addiction clients, and individuals with co-occurring mental health disorders, such as anxiety and depression. I use a Person-Centered approach alongside mindfulness/meditation and cognitive-behavioral techniques to facilitate personal growth and healing.
