I work with individuals and couples navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, anger, men's issues, career, and relationship challenges. Many of my clients seek deeper healing, not just surface coping. Together, we’ll explore the patterns, parts, and nervous system responses that keep you stuck. My approach is compassionate and understanding—grounded in science and depth psychology—and focused on helping you establish safety, reconnect with your strengths, and rediscover your passions and peace. As a former firefighter/EMT with lived mental health experience, I know how hard the journey can be, and I’ll walk beside you. I help by listening deeply and understanding your story, background, and lived experience. Together, we’ll make sense of your patterns, uncover strengths, and build lasting change through education, awareness, somatic practices, and parts work—all within a safe, grounded space where you are the main priority.
