I work with all ages with specialized experience working with college students and young adults. I have experience working with people who face depression and other mood disorders, anxiety, family and relationship concerns, school and career related stress, ADHD, suicidal ideation, self-harm, trauma, spiritual & religious concerns, and identity development challenges. Clients who will benefit from my service are looking for either remote (telehealth) or in-person counseling support in facing their life's difficulties, learning skills to foster strength and resilience, and gaining insight and awareness into how they function.
