If you’re feeling stuck or weighed down by life’s challenges, whether it’s anxiety, addiction, anger, or a mix of many things, you are not alone! In counseling, I’ll walk with you as you take the next right step and find a way forward. I offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space to explore what’s holding you back and discover new ways to heal and grow. Together, we’ll work toward clarity, confidence, and a more meaningful, balanced life. I have advanced training in marriage and family counseling and clinical training with kids of all ages utilizing a mix of art, play and talk therapy. I also work with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, addiction, OCD, anger/conduct, and relational issues. I have enjoyed being able to work with a wide range of individuals overall!
