The approach of our practice is based on the model of dialectical behavioral therapy which incorporates physical and meditative interventions for improved mental health outcomes. I am a licensed psychotherapist, having earned my MSW from Columbia University and MS in Ed. from the the University of Pennsylvania, as well a licensed personal trainer, having earned my certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
