I am clinical trainee pursuing my Master's in Mental Health Counseling at New York University, where I am deepening my commitment to compassionate, evidence-based care. My therapeutic approach is rooted in relational therapy, while also drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to support clients in meaningful and sustainable growth. I work with children, adolescents, and young-adults who are navigating life transitions, feelings of anxiety or depression, and healing from trauma. I have experience working with children and adolescents, and I am particularly passionate about helping young clients strengthen emotional regulation, navigate interpersonal relationships, and build healthy self-esteem. I also have experience working with adults navigating relationship issues, anxiety, depression, and life transitions.
