Most of the clients that I will partner with on their therapeutic journey will have challenges related to anxiety and depression and come from various backgrounds. Some clients may struggle with managing self-care, relationships with others, or finding their light within themselves that will elevate them to the next level of greatness. My clients will have a mental health professional that will bridge clinical expertise with the individual needs of the client. The ideal client will consistently meet with the therapist to work on goals that are rooted in partnership with the client. The client will be encourage to voice their needs.
