At Luminous Journeys, both of our therapists offer a warm, genuine, interactive and trauma-informed approach to therapy. Clients often share how quickly they feel comfortable and safe opening up, supported by intuitive, heartfelt conversations and deeply compassionate listening. Our work focuses on helping clients gently explore, understand, and befriend the different parts of themselves that may hold varying feelings about life, relationships and experiences. We specialize in working with clients who have experienced trauma, LGBTQIA+ clients, and those navigating relationship challenges (such as w/ a partner, family, friends, etc).
