I currently have openings and accepting adults who are experiencing Self-Esteem Issues, Women’s Issues, Family Conflict, Peer Relationships, Adjustment Issues, Emotional Disturbance, Anxiety and Depression. My work incorporates eclectic and wholistic approach that includes: talk therapy, counselling, cognitive behavioral therapy, person centered therapy, solution focused therapy and motivational interviewing to address Self-Esteem Issues, Women’s Issues, Family Conflict, Peer Relationships, Adjustment Issues, Anxiety and Depression.
