As an immigrant and intimate relationship violence survivor, I am passionate about supporting those who struggle with past/ongoing abusive relationship trauma, attachment injuries, low self-esteem, racism, microaggressions, language barriers, and interracial relationships and helping them reclaim and nurture their authenticity. I'm also one of few Asian LGBTQIA+ therapists in town :) I grew up in Japan and am well-versed in Japanese culture as well. 日本語でお気軽にご連絡ください。 With me, you will develop skills to think and view yourself differently and perceive the world from new perspectives in a safe, culturally-sensitive, non-judgmental space. I'm trained in DBT and IFS and use CBT, somatic, psychoanalytic approach extensively.
