Accepting new clients. I work with couples, individuals, and families experiencing anxiety, OCD, heartbreak, shame, relationship issues, trauma, belonging, and self-worth. Together, we slow down, make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface, and clarify what you need in order to feel more grounded, empowered, and alive in this uncertain world. We’ll explore the stories you carry and intergenerational/systemic echoes, while welcoming humor, creativity, and bold honesty. The work is oriented toward emotional freedom and safety, relationships that feel courageous rather than constricting, and a steadier sense of self-trust. I maintain a trauma-informed perspective, knowing that progress will look different for everyone. The foundation of my work with clients is built on our therapeutic relationship, trust, honesty, collaboration, and experimentation. This guides my work as we look towards change, fostering connection, self-awareness, courage, resilience, and empowerment.
