Seeds of Potential offers a variety of services for individuals, couples, families and groups to support the individual growth of each person, while recognizing that we are all part of a community. The creative programs along side traditional verbal therapy provides opportunities to meet your individual needs. Seeds of Potential is built on the belief that personal growth and self awareness are essential for mental health. When individuals are healthy, relationships function better, family systems operate with more ease and our communities are more cohesive. The treatment approach is eclectic and is individually constructed for each client to meet the client's personal interests that are motivating and meaningful to them. There is an emphasis on personal expression through the use of creative arts therapies and sand tray to encourage personal growth and transformation.
