Online individual therapy at a rate of $100 per 50 minute session. $130 for couples therapy. Sessions can be in English or Spanish. I help people navigate different stages of life including transitions, stress, identity shifts, motherhood and personal growth. My approach is compassionate, grounded and tailored to each person's unique experience. Balancing parenting, work, relationships and self-care can be exhausting.
