Ms. Bayer is a bilingual experienced therapist who works mostly with adults individually or in couples. Based on her own background as a Latin married to an Anglo, she specializes in working with mixed marriage couples, as well as parenting in a different culture. People who move away from their country of origin experience a series of adjustment issues that may result in specific symptoms such as depression, anxiety, confusion, hurt over loss of identity, family and friends. Addressing them helps people adjust and develop resources and coping skills to overcome the changes. She also works with trauma, abuse and grief.
