Building a relationship is the core foundation for long lasting change in the therapeutic work. It is important to me that no matter my client's struggles, they feel safe in working with me. I work with clients dealing with many different kinds of struggles from anxiety, depression, family issues, divorce/separation, addiction, parenting struggles, and relationship issues. I have also worked with many clients around building self-esteem and self-love.
