Has it been a while since you’ve felt like yourself? Does it seem like everyone else is moving forward while you’re stuck in place? Or maybe your life looks ideal from the outside, but inside you something feels off. You’ve been doing your best to act normal but it’s getting harder every day. You keep hoping that you’ll “snap out of it” but so far nothing has worked, and you’re starting to worry that you may never feel happy again. These experiences are more common than you may think, but that doesn't make them any less scary or difficult. It is my honest belief that we all have the capacity for healing and growth. I use an integrated approach to support you wherever you find yourself on that journey. Together, we will investigate how social expectations impact your mental health, rewrite the unhelpful stories you’ve learned about yourself, and reconnect to your body's inherent wisdom.
