What makes my work different is how much I focus on the specific issue you want to target. I bypass the need for long term therapy. I use my own model that combines EMDR, Energy Psychology, Somatic work and Parts work. A mind body philosophy that supports and encourages the inherent healing present in all of us. I also work with couples helping them move towards security and safety and using each other as a secure base to return to.
