I strive to facilitate a collaborative and safe experience to help my clients recognize their own wisdom and strength so they can gain confidence and ownership of their lives. I believe my clients are the experts of their lives, and I am there to simply guide them towards healing. I ask questions, identify patterns of behavior, and offer feedback when requested. It is important that my clients know I take my role as a therapist and trusted partner seriously. I pride myself on providing each client with the kind of guidance and support that fulfills their individual needs. I am a Registered Dance/Movement Therapist and a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Michigan. I have my Masters of Arts in Dance/Movement Therapy and Counseling from Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA. My therapeutic approach includes Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
