I am passionate about helping children, couples and families interact and communicate with each other effectively. Feeling loved, listened to, and validated by our family is one of the best feelings. Although I enjoy working with children, I also know that having strong parental role models are important. Sometimes a parent or a couple is who needs to be in the therapy room to initiate change in a family system. I also enjoy working with adults on empowering themselves and helping them set boundaries within their relationships to alleviate stress from their lives.
