About
I see therapy as a partnership and I always strive for opportunities where we work together to figure out what you want to achieve and then break it down into practical, step-by-step actions. I also like to incorporate mindfulness and gratitude to increase positive feelings and strengthen your ability to manage your emotions. I can be an objective person to reflect back to you insights you have and help you find peace. My goal in therapy is to create a supportive environment where you feel empowered to make the best decisions for you to live an authentic life. End of life & grief work: Helps people and families navigate anticipatory grief, loss, & meaning-making. Chronic illness management: support for people adjusting to new diagnoses, ongoing limitations, and the emotional toll of long-term conditions. Oncology support: ability to walk alongside clients through diagnosis, treatment, survivorship, or caregiving.
