I believe that everyone has inherent strengths that can be illuminated through therapy. My approach is centered on exploring your authenticity, providing space where you can share thoughts and feelings without fear or criticism, and strengthening your understanding of yourself in connection to your community. I enjoy working collaboratively with individuals, looking at cultural/systemic barriers when discussing factors of stress. Folks who tend to find their way into my office are looking to address concerns around their identity, anxiety, depression, life transitions, or a wide spectrum of traumatic experiences.
