Whether you are a young adult (18-24) or adult struggling with Anxiety/Depression, Trauma (acute, secondary, chronic), Eating Disorder, ADHD, OCD, relationship issues, grief, or self-esteem (to name a few), we can work towards improving your mental health and quality of life. I offer a collaborative approach to therapy, working with you to understand your unique experiences, strengths, and challenges. My goal is to help you develop new coping strategies, increase self-awareness, and build the confidence to navigate life’s difficulties.
