I am a queer, trauma-informed therapist that specializes in helping people who identify as LGBTQ+ and/or neurodivergent. I provide a warm and collaborative environment to help folks navigate a variety of topics, such as gender and sexual identity, adolescent mental health, trauma, relationship repair, conscious uncoupling, ethical non-monogamy/polyamory, and more. It is important to me that my clients feel we are equals in the therapy process. I show up to our sessions with humility, curiosity, compassion, (and occasional humor!). I utilize a strength-based approach that focuses on deepening self-understanding and guided emotional processing to support better mental health and relationship health.
