As a Licensed Professional Counselor, my goal is to help individuals understand how all aspects of their lives are interconnected and to support them on their unique journey of healing and growth. My specialty areas include individuals who are in the midst of transition and need additional support through life's ups and downs, emerging adults as they move from education and dependence to a more independent role in the world, and exploring how past events influence our worldview, our sense of self, and our relationships with others.
