Welcome! I'm Lydia Lynch, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have a Masters in Social Work from New York University. I have over 10 years of experience as a social worker, and I have worked with a wide variety of clients from children and adolescents through older adults. I have experience in outpatient therapy, inpatient psychiatry, mental health, addictions, and research. I have a special interest in women's health and issues, including perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. Therapy can help you develop coping skills, enhance interpersonal relationships, and gain a greater understanding of your life.
