To be a part of someone's therapeutic journey is an honor. As a counselor, I strive to create a safe and accepting environment where you feel the freedom to share your story and begin processing challenges to your happiness and wholeness. I believe every person deserves the opportunity and space to invest in themselves. My goal as a therapist is to support you and your unique needs. Concerns that I often help clients address in therapy include improving relationships, healing from trauma, processing grief, navigating career and parenting, and developing tools to healthily cope with anxiety, stress and depression. Foundationally, therapy provides an opportunity to be curious about oneself and develop greater self-knowledge & empowerment.
