I’m Lydia Nicole Silva, MS, AMFT, a therapist in Calabasas, CA specializing in grief counseling, trauma recovery, EMDR, and life transitions. I work with children & adults, couples, and families, providing inclusive and spiritually safe therapy in both English & ASL. From an early age, I felt called to support people through loss. Watching my family care compassionately for elders nearing the end of life gave me a deep respect for both the dying and their caregivers. As a teenager, I endured the loss of friends to gun violence, suicide, and substance abuse—experiences that shaped my empathy and understanding of grief’s many forms.
