I am a licensed psychologist with expertise in trauma recovery/healing, depression, anxiety, grief/loss, and chronic stress. I help clients navigate relationship challenges and the adjustment to a variety of life transitions and circumstances. When necessary, I integrate mindfulness, spirituality, and emotion-focused techniques into my therapy approach.
