I believe healing begins when we feel seen and heard, so I meet each person exactly where they are with compassion, curiosity, and without judgment. In our work together, I aim to offer both immediate, practical tools for navigating life’s challenges, and deeper support for uncovering and addressing the root causes beneath them.
