I have dedicated over a decade to working with children and teens, driven by a passion for positively impacting the youth in the St. Louis area. I love working with anxious, stressed out teens and supporting children as they learn how to cope with big emotions. I also have a passion for helping young adults as they cope through the challenges that may arise with college and transitioning into the work force. Knowing someone genuinely cares can make all the difference—especially for a struggling child, teen, or adult. I would love to be that person for you or your child/teen! I strive to create a safe and welcoming space where youth and young adults can explore the challenges they are facing and feel truly heard and supported.
