Hi! I'm glad you found me. Our minds and hearts can feel heavy sometimes. Whatever you're carrying, know that you don't have to carry it alone. I take a warm, relational approach to counseling, and I'd love to connect if you're curious about therapy. I'm here to sit with you, hear your stories, and work together to find more hope and health in your life. I want to get to know the whole you- not just the challenges you may be facing. In sessions, I help people better connect with their thoughts and bodies, discover and challenge unhelpful thinking patterns, and move towards greater understanding and acceptance. I believe people often have strengths and supports in their lives that can be paired with new skills developed in therapy. I take an integrative and thoughtful approach to my time with clients. I work from a strengths-based perspective while incorporating CBT, ACT, somatic exercises, and humor.
