He carries responsibility with stoic resolve, sensing that if he stops performing, love, respect, or security may fade. His struggle isn’t productivity; it’s balance. What he needs is not another system, but permission to be human. He wrestles with his own narcissism to develop a character worthy of leadership and appreciative of life. I specialize in supporting senior leaders under pressure. I consult for senior military leadership and am an Army and Air Force veteran, from West Point to behavioral health.
