Creating changes in our lives can often feel overwhelming and it is difficult to know where to start! I enjoy working with clients who recognize things in their lives aren’t working the way they expected or needed and are willing to look for ways to change their experience. I believe that we need to look inside ourselves to see if how we think about our own selves can impact our our views of life experiences and relationships. Look inward can often feel scary and I’m honored when clients allow me to share in that exploration with them. I believe that my roles as a wife and mother help me to better understand many of my clients’ concerns. My nursing education and background as well as my ongoing spiritual studies have helped me to take take a more wholistic approach with clients. Together we can explore your experience and find new ways to relate to yourself, others and your world.
