I strive to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space, building a strong therapeutic relationship as the foundation for growth and healing. With awareness of the connection between mental and physical health, I also support individuals navigating major life transitions, helping them manage stress, uncertainty, and the challenges of adjustment.
