At times, your life may seem out of balance, whether the issues pertain to home, work, or relationships. My goal is to help you find the peace and joy in life that you deserve. I specialize in the healing of trauma. I have expertise treating low self esteem, depression, anxiety and behavioral problems. I have specialized training in trauma work including abuse and attachment disorders, and I am trained in the use of EMDR, Guided Imagery and Brainspotting for trauma resolution. These are sensory methods which target the sensory nature of trauma. I am solution focused.
