Hello Everyone! My name is Lyndal Bedford and I am a licensed clinical social worker. My role is to come alongside you as you discover the peace, hope, and joy of life that you were always meant to have. I work to provide a safe space to process thoughts and emotions that can be overwhelming. If you feel stuck and do not know how to move forward, come talk with me! In our first session together, we will begin with brief introductions and going over the goals of therapy. We will discuss confidentiality and what the purpose of therapy is. Afterwards, this will be the time to share your situation to the extent that you feel comfortable. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up session
