I provide therapy and coaching for high-achieving, values-driven individuals navigating burnout, chronic stress, and the exhaustion that comes from masking significant parts of themselves in order to function at work, at home, and in their relationships. My clients often carry invisible responsibility. They manage emotional labor, relational leadership, and high-stakes decisions while monitoring how they speak, feel, show up, and take up space.
