I am a passionate and empathic psychotherapist. I utilize principles from various treatment modalities and evidence based practices including; CBT, DBT, person-centered therapy, ACT, existentialism, positive psychology, mindfulness based stress reduction, motivational interviewing and psychodynamic therapy. My approach is dynamic and highly personalized to each client. I provide a warm, safe and nonjudgmental space to engage in exploration, self reflection and personal growth.
