About

Through the course of therapy, my goal is to provide you with a supportive, empowering, and safe environment so that you can be your most authentic self. My approach is collaborative and culturally responsive, as I believe our diverse experiences and backgrounds are to be treated with compassion and care. I have experience working with children, adults, and couples, however, I am passionate about working with adults of all ages who are facing trauma, anxiety, depression, new life transitions, unhealthy relationships, and parenting challenges. I specialize in working with individuals who have experienced trauma. I am EMDR trained and provide treatment from an attachment focused and trauma-informed lens. I also utilize parts work in therapy. Helping the wounded, angry, scared, or vulnerable parts of us heal can be truly transformative.
