In pursuit of the ultimate goal, to live a meaningful, balanced and happy life, we are confronted with never ending challenges that can obstruct our path. These may include trauma, failure, negative thought patterns, emotion dysregulation, fear/anxiety, problematic relationships and skills deficits. We often try to solve these problems only to wind up stuck in repetitive, unproductive or potentially even destructive patterns. Through a collaborative partnership, my role is to help you identify what is getting in the way of your path toward emotional, physical and spiritual wellness. View 5 Photos My areas of specialization include complex trauma/PTSD, emotion dysregulation, anxiety, substance abuse and mood disorders. I have been intensively trained in DBT and offer both individual and group skills training. I am also trained in EMDR for the treatment of trauma and have completed specialized training for partners of individuals with sex addiction.
