I have a deep love of working with individuals, couples and families of all backgrounds. I have experience working with trauma, depression, anxiety, infertility, pregnancy loss, relational issues, and many other areas of concern. I predominantly use EMDR, EFT, and mindfulness approaches to guide clients towards healing and peace. I am currently obtaining training in Parts and Memory. I hope to help you to create and accomplish goals that bring about real change in emotional well being and relationships through trauma focused treatments. I strongly feel that healing and peace is accomplishable for every individual.
