I have years of experience and training working with couples in many different phases of their relationship. The goal all my clients share is wanting a path forward. I'm caring, direct, warm and transparent. I have over 16 years of experience as a therapist. I'm skilled at helping clients manage conflict, repair broken trust, improve desire and intimacy, work through parenting differences, and increase connection. I'm trained in discernment counseling and uncoupling therapy and I'm a qualified neutral (mediator).
