My ideal client is someone who, despite facing challenges like anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-worth, or PTSD, is open to change and healing. They may not have all the answers, but they are willing to engage in the process. Their needs include a safe, nonjudgmental space where they can feel heard and supported. Their goals often involve gaining insight, developing healthier coping strategies, and finding a sense of peace and purpose. What they truly want is to reconnect with themselves, others, and a meaningful life. Their courage to show up and try makes them ideal to work with. As a military spouse/dependent, I understand the unique challenges of military & including deployment & transitions. Supporting individuals in couples/family Law Enforcement, trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety, ADHD, & behavioral issues. I provide crisis intervention, help rebuild relationships, guide career transitions, & offer end-of-life counseling.
