Struggling with anxiety, depression, or life transitions? I’m Lyndsie Johnson, LPC, with 10 years of experience guiding clients in outpatient and Partial Hospitalization settings. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness, and mind-body techniques, I help clients explore emotions, identify unhelpful thinking patterns, and manage stress. Together, we’ll create a safe space to uncover your values, build new habits, and overcome barriers so you can live the life you envision. My passion is helping you find healing and acceptance by challenging negative beliefs, others and the world so that you may become open to making positive and helpful decisions to reach balance and see yourself as complete and whole, no matter what life throws your way. I also often include humor when appropriate as laughter is often the best medicine!
