Hi, I’m Lynell! I believe in the power of positive psychology and take a warm, strength-based approach to counseling. My goal is to create a safe and helpful space where you can feel heard, valued, and empowered. I’ve had the privilege of working with children in school settings, supporting individuals within family relationships, and helping couples build stronger connections. My experience at Catholic Charities, including my work with Maggie’s Place, has deepened my passion for guiding families toward healing and growth.
