I work with individuals, young adults to seniors, to help you feel more in control of the management of life and your decisions. We will work collaboratively to identify goals, the source of distress, and what's perpetuating the issues. We will develop the tools to navigate and overcome the obstacles and struggles that you face. I believe that everyone's life can be enhanced by learning new adaptive coping strategies within therapy.
