Hello, I’m Lynette Hughes, Licensed Clinical Social Worker. As a therapist my core values are dignity and worth of all persons and persons right to self-determination. My therapy approach varies by the problems you bring to therapy. My expertise has been trauma work, depression/ anxiety, and suicide prevention. I strive to bring Evidenced based practices such as CBT, ACT (acceptance & commitment therapy), CPT -PTSD, PE (prolonged exposure), Problem Solving Therapy, Mindfulness, DBT (Dialectical behavior therapy), as well as humanistic approaches.
